This paper provides an extension for Hawking temperature of Reissner-Nordstr$\ddot{o}$m-de Sitter (RN-DS) black hole (BH) with global monopole as well $5$D charged hole. We consider the holes metric and investigate effects quantum gravity ($\alpha$) on radiation. boson particles tunneling through horizon by using Hamilton-Jacobi ansatz phenomenon.
